How are Global players in other time zones supposed to participate in such events when the times are set only for those in Korea, and as Office Workers?

Even those in Korea who work night shifts suffer from such events during these periods. If I want even to have a chance to participate, I have to start playing at 4 a.m. from my time zone.

This game seems more and more aimed just towards people who work full-time and can afford to pay for advantages. Never have I seen such a high gacha + Pay To Win mechanics in a game.
