Temporary Measures Regarding Login Issue on Steam

Hello, Admirals.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the authentication error on Steam.
We have confirmed that error was caused to certain Admirals who are using the old certificate (C2) due to a change to the new certificate (G2).
We'd like to inform you of temporary measures to fix the issue.
If the error is not fixed through the steps below, please contact Support.

◆ How to Fix the Issue
- Please copy or download the certificate by following the steps below to fix the starting error on Steam.
■ How to Copy Certificate
① Search 'Manage user certificates' on Window
② Select [Intermediate Certification Authorities] > [Certificates] folder
③ Select Starfield Root Certificate Authority - G2 or Starfield Services Root Certificate Authority - G2 certificate > Right-click and copy
④ Paste in the [Trusted Root Certification Authorities] > [Certificates] folder
■ How to Download Certificate
If you cannot find Starfield Root Certificate Authority - G2 or Starfield Services Root Certificate Authority - G2 certificate in the [Intermediate Certification Authorities] folder, you can add the certificate by downloading it.
① Download the certificate from Amazon Trust Services Repository
② Add the certificate in Window > [Manage user certificates] > [Trusted Root Certification Authorities] > [Certificates] folder
