 * If the error occurs, the ship construction will not proceed and the construction cost will not be consumed.

[Ship] Issue with incorrect pricing when building certain ships at the home port during the Shipbuilding Festival

[Chronicle] Issue where Armand Jean du Plessis' Relationship Chronicle cannot be purchased in certain situations
