The bureau is where you can make investments to increase Development LV and vote for the Mayor based on the investment rank.

Make investments from the bureau to increase the Development LV of a port.

Free Ports, Allied Ports, Occupied Ports become affiliated with the nation that has the highest investment points.

But the affiliated nation for Territories and Capitals cannot change,

and only the fleets who are affiliated with the related nation are able to make investments.

1) Investments

Make investment to ports to increase Development LV.

Every Monday at midnight, a reward is sent out to investors based on each fleet's investment ranking.

The Rank 1 Private Investor of each ports are elected as the Mayor, and maintains the position for a week.

If the investment points are tied, the fleet who made the investment first are considered to be higher ranking.

2) Taxes

View the tax rates applied for each nation for the port.

The Mayor is given the authority to adjust tax rates in each city.

But the rates can only be adjusted 1 time per day for each nation.
