How to get V and above level ship item? Eg Blueprint and ship parts

I am stuck at building IV level ship like sloop and Felucca. Is there anyway, to build higher level ship and getting their ship parts? I got some ship parts for them via various rewards but zero blueprint. The only higher level blueprint is available at company level 30 rewards but it only give 1 set, not enough to make a fleet.

You can use common blueprint 5-12 given as many rewards during training and also buyable once a week with contributions points at your Royal Capital's Palace. Most materials can be acquired the same way, by doing gathering adventure at most spot in Europe too. It may take a while if you don't have adventure mates with you tho.
The only thing i failed to find is how to get real lv5 blueprints. My guess is it is buyable commonly if we manage to get cities at a certain level. But it is currently just not showing.
Use lesser lvs to grind your shipbuilder skills, i barely managed to gather enough for 5 lv5 ships with my common activities.

So you mean the ship parts can be gathered by doing land exploration? I hardly did any land exploration as always failed.

@ccsray Yes, if you are to weak to battle fleets with tier 5 ships (they won't appear until you are around 38000 fleet power), you can gather them. I just begun fighting fleet with tier 5 ships and it gives a lot of planks and pine wood, some C gears but so far no blueprints.

By the way, will those non-assigned mates help me in any other way other than langauge?

Hard to say. I am unware of any mates limit so far and seeing we can have 8 ships in the first fleet with a ca***** and five mate each my take is better lv them now than having very low lv mates on some ships. With a 50 mates soft limit i don't see why you could not specialize 2 sets of mates like battle and trade, switch them depending on your activities of the day.

I have begun doing just that and lv2 ramming or artillery is awesome, the trading spec boost for goods is also sublime. I plan on getting extra mates and start specializing.

After fighting with a pirate fleet at about 40,000 battle around the Baltic Sea I managed to get a few Sambuk plans after winning. There were some attempts to win duels during the match and it went on for a while. So far that's the only time I won some higher rank blueprints.
