What is the main point to make this focus change CD on 24 Hr?    All the events require high fames or question completion on all different focus, and you limited our flexibility to change the company focus?  Creating inconvenient? 

Please reconsider the current game play style (Need to finishing all different type of questions) and remove or at least reduce the CD on the company focus change.
