  - This service allows you to protect your account as you enter a one-time authentication number that is newly issued to you each time you run the FLOOR Launcher through the OTP program installed on your smartphone and log in to the game.

  - Go to the link that corresponds with your OS and download FLOOR OTP:

  - You will need to log in with your FLOOR account.

■ To Note

※ To use FLOOR OTP, you will need a FLOOR account.

※ You will need to authenticate your identity to register for OTP.

※ To register for the OTP service, you must install an authentication application on your mobile device.

※ The OTP application may not be installed properly if you lack storage space on your device.

Please check your storage space before downloading the application.

※ Run the OTP program on your mobile phone to check the authentication number that has been issued.

※ The OTP service will be available for iPads soon.

※ If you cannot use the OTP program because you have deleted the application, misplaced or changed your device etc., you will need to cancel your OTP registration on the homepage and register again.

  - This is a service that will help you use FLOOR more conveniently.

  - By designating the PC that you normally use as your main PC, you will not have to go through additional authentication, such as OTP, to play the game on that PC.
