Based on the changed exchange rate information due to the new global pricing policy announced by Apple, the currency price of some products will be adjusted from the Apr. 26 (Wed) maintenance.

Whilst prices used to be inevitably different across some countries due to iOS pricing tiers, this policy change will bring about improvements that will ensure price equity.

The adjustment of product currency prices will be applied for all platforms, not just Apple, and this will mean that, apart from USD, product prices for all currencies will be adjusted together.

However, although USD prices for payments made within the United States will not change, USD prices for payments made in other countries may be adjusted.

Price Adjustments for Some Product Currencies According to Global Pricing Policy

- Adjustment Date: After the Apr. 26 (Wed) maintenance

- Affected Platforms: iOS, AOS, Steam, FLOOR

- Price Changes by Currency:

  *USD prices for payments made from the United States will not change, but USD prices for payments from other countries may change (based on Apple’s policy).

  *The standard prices for each country, including JPY, TWD and EUR, will be changed.

  *Below are examples of some pricing changes according to currency. There will be differences in the changes depending on the price range.

In addition, so that we can minimize the inconvenience caused by these price adjustments to all currency excluding USD, we will be refunding with Red Gems the differences in prices for users who purchase affected Red Gem and Voucher products at a higher price than the price after the adjustment between this Apr. 19 (Wed) notice and before the Apr. 26 (Wed) maintenance.

We will notify those eligible for a refund through a separate notice after the refund.

Information on Refunds (in Red Gems) for Eligible Users

- Eligible Users: Users who purchase Red Gem or Voucher products in JPY, TWD, EUR, or other currencies from the time of this Apr. 19 (Wed) notice to before the Apr. 26 (Wed) maintenance.

(Please note that although users who pay with USD from other countries apart from the United States may be eligible for a refund, those who pay with USD from the United States will not be eligible.)

- Refund Content: Based on the user’s purchase records, refunds will be given in Red Gems, and will be equal to the difference in prices between the previous price and the lower price that is applied after the Apr. 26 (Wed) maintenance.

- Refund Date: Refunds will be given in consecutive order from May. 2 (Tue).

- Refund Method: Refunds will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
