In principle, the appointment of a Guild Leader takes place between all users, and if the leader must be changed due to restrictions over using the game or other unavoidable circumstances, the appointment takes place according to the following steps:

(1) If the Guild Leader is unable to access the game for 14 days or more due to restrictions on using the game or other unavoidable circumstances, the authority of the leader is delegated to another member according to the criteria below:

- The position of Guild Leader is given to the Guild Member with the highest total contributions (excluding the Guild Leader) who has also accessed the game within the last 7 days.

- If the Guild Member with the highest total contributions has not accessed the game within the last 7 days, the Guild Member with the next highest total contributions will be appointed as the Guild Leader.

If these conditions are met by both, the Guild Member with the higher Company LV will be appointed. If even the Company LV is the same, the Guild Member who became a member of the Guild earlier will be appointed.

- In an event where the Guild Leader withdraws their membership due to unavoidable circumstances, the appointment of the next Guild Leader will follow the same process outlined above.

In the event where the Guild Leader is unable to access the game due to restrictions or unavoidable circumstances, their authority is automatically delegated according to the criteria below.

(1) If the Guild Leader has not accessed the game within the last 2 weeks, their authority is automatically delegated according to the criteria below.

- Automatically delegated to the Guild Member with the highest contribution within those who have accessed the game within the last 3 days.

- Automatic delegation takes place based on the point in time where at least one Guild Member has accessed the game
