We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Eastern Ship Privilege issue.
We would like to inform you of the measures that have been taken.
Duplicate Eastern Ship Privilege rewards that were received by users were retrieved on Jun. 14 (Wed) 14:40 (UTC+9).
In addition, compensation will be sent to users who purchased Eastern Ship Privilege.
Please see below for more details.
■ Retrieval of Received Duplicate Items
- Retrieved Items: 5,000 Free Red Gems
* If you used any Red Gems that were obtained from the issue and we could not therefore retrieve the set amount, your owned amount will be at minus.
* If the amount of Red Gems you own is at minus, you must purchase more from the Shop in order to continue playing.
* You can check how many Paid and Free Red Gems you own through Game Settings > Account > Currency.
■ Compensation for Unclaimed/Unobtained Privilege Rewards
- For users who were unable to claim or obtain the rewards for each Privilege stage due to the Privilege page being suspended prematurely, we will be sending them the rewards in one go.
- Compensation Date: Will be sent sequentially after the Jun. 14 (Wed) notice
■ General Compensation for Issue
- Applicable Users: All Admirals who purchased the Eastern Ship Privilege product
- Compensation: Superior Mate Ticket x3
- Compensation Date: Will be sent sequentially after the Jun. 14 (Wed) notice
