We would like to share with you the issue we are looking into in relation to Total Combat Fame for the Competitive Combat Event, which began on Jul. 10 (Mon).

Combat Fame was restored to users through account security measures during and after the maintenance on Jul. 19 (Wed),

but we have now confirmed that some users’ Combat Fame values are still incorrect. Further investigation is currently underway.

We will be correcting users’ Combat Fame data once our investigation is complete.

Please understand that, as an inevitable consequence,

affected users will be temporarily unable to log into the game while the work to correct data is in progress.

While the work is in progress, a pop-up message saying,

‘The account is currently being managed by the administrators’, may appear for affected users,

but you will be able to log in normally again once the work is completed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
