Combat: Issue where the Unreal Engine error pop-up is displayed and the app crashes when initiating Auto Combat on Steam

Combat: Issue where the background is displayed dark when entering Skirmishes on certain devices

Policies: The issue where the Expertise effects of Sailing and Growth Levels 6, 13, and 18 are not applied

Fixed Issues

Ships: The issue where Blue Gem is demanded for Guild Members in Guilds monopolizing Seville, London, Amsterdam, Constantinople, Peking, Edo, and Hanyang during the Build Festival to build Improved Ships

Ships: The issue where the Unlock Condition of Grade 19 Ships in Capitals are shown as 2 billion ducats during the Build Festival

- Edo: San Buenaventura

- London: Adventure Galley, Bounty

* It will be restored to 1 billion ducats after maintenance
