Incorrect information was included in the "Iyolin Pandragon Memoir" and "Winner Mate Pass" after the Mar. 27 (Wed) maintenance.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to the Admirals who purchased the products.

We would like to inform you of the issue regarding purchasing in-game products and further measures that will be taken.

■ Iyolin Pandragon Memoir

- Issue: The Collab Event notice stated that "Mate Lacid Pandragon will be given once the Chronicle is completed"

- Measure #1

: "Lacid Pandragon" will be added as an Iyolin Pandragon Memoir reward

▪ When the Product Will Be Changed: During the temporary maintenance

* This change will take place through temporary maintenance and the maintenance schedule will be announced through another notice.

▪ Affected Product: Iyolin Pandragon Memoir

▪ What Will Be Changed: Mate "Lacid Pandragon" will be added as a Memoir reward

* Lacid Pandragon will be added as the final Memoir reward.

* Lacid Pandragon will be sent via mail to Admirals who have already obtained the final Memoir reward.

* Admirals who already obtained Lacid Pandragon will be given Lacid Pandragon Mate Contracts.

- Measure #2

: Compensation will be given to users who purchased the Lacid Pandragon Chest after purchasing the Iyolin Pandragon Memoir

▪ Affected Users: Users who purchased the "Lacid Pandragon Chest" from Mar. 27 (Wed) 14:30 - until when this notice was announced on Apr. 2 (Tue) (UTC+9)

▪ Compensation Distribution Date: During the temporary maintenance

▪ Compensation: "Lacid Tickets" and "Red Gems" that were used to obtain Mate Lacid Pandragon for the first time

* The Tickets and Red Gems used to reach the ceiling of the Lacid Pandragon Chest will be given through mail.

■ Winner Mate Pass

- Issue: The text in the product banner at [Shop] > [Recommended] was different from the actual contents

* The text has been fixed through the data patch rolled out on Apr. 1 (Mon).

- Measure: Compensation will be given to users who purchased the "Winner Mate Pass" before the data patch

▪ Affected Users: Admirals who purchased the "Winner Mate Pass" before the Apr. 1 (Mon) data patch

▪ Compensation Distribution Date: During the temporary maintenance

▪ Compensation: Blue Gem x1,000
