- Details:

- Issue where KR Server’s version of reward that includes 'Macaron-Shaped Onboard Café' was incorrectly applied to the Memoir reward for 'Safiye's Ottoman Café' after Aug. 14 (Wed) maintenance.

- The issue has been fixed by Sept. 11 (Wed) scheduled maintenance, and the GL Server’s version of Memoir reward is applied at the moment.

- You can obtain the fixed Memoir rewards when you log in to the game after Sept. 11 (Wed) scheduled maintenance.

- Affected Users and Contents of Compensation:

- Affected Users: Admirals who purchased the Memoir after Aug. 14 (Wed) maintenance.

- Compensation: Refund of Red Gems spent to purchase the Memoir (Refunded at Sept. 12 (Thu) 17:00 (UTC+9))

* The compensation will be sent to in-game mail. Please check your mail box to obtain the compensation before the mail expires.

◆ 10 Day Ticket Voucher

- Details:

- Issue where the reward period for 10 Day Ticket Voucher was incorrectly applied.

- The issue has been fixed by Sept. 11 (Wed) scheduled maintenance.

- Affected Users and Contents of Compensation:

- Affected Users: Admirals who purchased 10 Day Ticket Voucher.

- Compensation: Re-distribution of 'Superior Ticket Selection Voucher' that should have been given according to the purchase history (Re-distributed at Sept. 12 (Thu) 17:00 (UTC+9))
