We have identified an issue where some Admirals have trouble starting the game on PC since Nov. 4 (Mon) 19:00 (UTC+9).

We have checked the issue and confirmed that starting the game fails on Steam with an error message saying 'Failed to authenticate.'

You can play the game without the error on FLOOR and on mobile on AOS and iOS.

- Please update the game to the latest version released after the Nov. 6 (Wed) scheduled maintenance.
