We would like to inform you that the current FLOOR OTP Service will terminate for more secure and stable service.

Please see below for the changes implemented on April 21 (Mon), 2025 to ensure the smooth transition.

Changes

OTP setup guide

- Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app

- Unregister for FLOOR OTP service and set up the new OTP service as of April 21 (Mon), 2025

Schedule

- As of April 21 (Mon), 2025

To Note

* After the termination of the FLOOR OTP service, logging into games with the FLOOR OTP will be unavailable.

* Any FLOOR OTP that is not unregistered until April 21 (Mon), 2025 will be automatically revoked.

* Any members who do not use the OTP service will be able to log into games after the verification through an e-mail.
