[Skirmish] Improved text display related to Skirmish.

- Weekly Rewards: Changed to Week 1-3 Rewards / Season Rewards: Changed to Week 4 Rewards.

- Added detailed explanations for other rewards.

[Investment] Issue where 'nill' is displayed in the mail for Territory Occupation Rewards.

[Investment] Issue where users with 1 point in Season Investment Score are displayed in the Investment Season rankings.

[Products] Extended the usage period for the 28-day Red Gem product.

- The period during which Admirals who previously purchased can receive Red Gems has been extended.

- The purchase button for this product is displayed, but purchases are not possible.
