Hi there game devs and runnings,

I've been participating several events since May 1st, but none participation gifts were received yet.

I asked around players who also participated, it seems no one received those gifts neither, at least in server Blue Ocean.

It looks like there's something not right about game distribution system or messager system on backend side.

Or the event Server Name/Fleet Name inspection program is code malfunctioning, or is it some kind of IP jp/kr/cn restriction?

So does the Ikal van Reuben Growth Chest and Dolores Growth Chest not appear after recruited.
