Here are the issues that have been discovered in the game so far.

List of Known Issues

[Mate] Issue where some voice actor information is displayed in Korean(9/10 18:50 add) (9/10 18:50 add)

[Estate] Abnormal Data Displayed in Favored Report Rewards (8/25 17:40 add)

- This issue will be fixed at the time of the update, and the Favored Report target discoveries may be changed afterward.

[Effect] Issue with the Promotion Requirement of Mate’s LV 50 Job Effect (8/19 19:12 add)

 - Since the 8/6 update, the promotion requirement of the LV 50 job effect has been raised to the 3rd Promotion.

   This affects Admirals who had already learned the effect at the 2nd Promotion stage.

 - When equipped, the effect is applied normally, but it may overwrite and disable other previously learned effects.

[Parts] Issue where the part effect 'Forced Sales' of 'Kraken Anchor' is displayed as LV 2

 - At LV 1, you can sell Blessing Goods at a 5% higher price.

Resolved

[Item] Issue where the "Premium Training Material Selection Voucher" was missing from the Korea 3rd Pre-Anniversary 2  (8/13 14:20 add)

 - This issue has now been resolved. Admirals who purchased the package before the fix will receive the missing item sequentially.

[Ship] Issue where the minimum crew of Conqueror of the Golden Sea was not adjusted (9/10 19:05 add)

[Shop] Issue occurring when purchasing the Ocean Voyage Package product (9/10 19:05 add)

- Sales have been temporarily suspended, and products you could not receive will be compensated later.

[UI] Issue where the country name “Ming” is not displayed in the Ranking > Invest Season Reward tab (9/10 18:50 add)

[UI] Issue where, on certain devices with Japanese language settings, Mate Jobs with 4 characters are not displayed properly (9/10 18:50 add)

[Shop] Issue where “Occult Uniform / Occult Navigator Uniform” is displayed among the components of the Mate Appearance Gear Selection Chest (9/10 18:50 add)

- These items will be excluded from the components in the future.

[Competition] Issue where the event time of the Coin Competition differs from the announcement (9/10 22:48 add)

- This issue will be fixed through a future maintenance. The event time will be adjusted to Weekdays 20:00 ~ 22:00 / Weekends 18:00 ~ 20:00 (UTC+9).

[Admiral] Issue where the purchase history of Iyolin Pandragon’s Memoir is disabled (9/25 15:30 add)

[Admiral] Issue where the Memoir effect of Admiral "João Franco" does not apply to the Memoir Slot after purchase  (9/25 15:30 add)

[Production] Issue where the material "Stone" required for crafting "Polisher" is registered as a quest item instead of a trade good (9/25 15:30 add)

[Event] Discrepancy between the actual schedule and the in-game schedule for the Production Guide event (9/25 15:30 add)

- The Production Guide event will be available until the 9/24 (Wed) update.

- Mission Reward: All rewards were delivered at 9/25 13:30 (UTC+9). If you log in before 10/24 23:59 (UTC+9), the rewards will be delivered to your mailbox, where they will be stored for 10 days before being deleted.

- Progress Reward: Any unclaimed Blue Gems from 8/27~9/25 before the update have been immediately added to your balance during the maintenance.

[Product] Issue with Receiving 28-Day Red Gem Product (9/25 15:30 add)

- The remaining period of your purchased 28-Day Red Gem product has been compensated in Red Gems.
