Hello, Admirals.
We would like to inform you of the restoration service that will be implemented starting October 29 (Wed), 2025.
■ Restoration Service Target: Ship dismantlement, and Gear/Part discard or sale cases that occurred after the October 29 (Wed) update maintenance.
Please note that for any cases that occurred before the October 29 (Wed) update maintenance,
restoration will not be possible even if you submit an inquiry afterward.

※ These restoration criteria apply after the update on October 29 (Wed), 2025.
Restoration is not available for any cases that occurred before the update.
[Notes]
1. Only the items listed above are eligible for restoration.
2. Restoration is available once per year per account for each category (Ship / Gear / Parts).
- The restoration count resets on January 1 each year.
3. To confirm eligibility, inquiries must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.
- Inquiries submitted after 7 days are ineligible for restoration.
4. Processing may be delayed if insufficient information is provided.
- If additional information is required, a follow-up response will be sent,
and you must reply within 7 days from that response date.
- When submitting your inquiry, please include the following information:
■ Required Information
1. Company name and server name
2. Item name to be restored
3. Date and time of the ship/gear/parts sale, discard, or dismantle
5. You must agree to a one-time restoration to proceed.
- A response will be sent to confirm your consent for restoration.
You must reply within 7 days from that response to proceed with restoration.
