Here are the issues that have been discovered in the game so far.

List of Known Issues

[Voice] An issue where the “Rudo” mate’s voice does not play properly. (10/30 18:17 add)

[Slot Expansion] an issue where the “Use Slot Expansion” checkbox was displayed in the Assign Slot Expansion popup. 

- Assign Slots can be expanded using Red Gems.

[Pass] An issue where in the Company Enhance Pass basic rewards, the pre-integration items "Part Request Selection Voucher" and "Gear Request Selection Voucher" are being given.

- After receiving them, upon re-login, they will automatically be converted to "Part Request" and "Gear Request".

[Trade] When using the Market, if the Price changes due to buff effects or other factors, the difference is displayed as Tax

- This is a simple display error, and Tax is being applied normally as indicated in the game.

[Booming] After applying Booming Prices, additional fluctuations occur over time.

- We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Resolved

[Product] An issue where an error popup appears when purchasing Voyager’s Dream Package 1 while possessing the New Wave Appellation. 

- When purchasing Voyager’s Dream Package 1, Red Gems are properly granted, and the balance will be updated after moving to another town or reconnecting.

[Land Training] An issue where the Special Manual cannot be obtained when conducting Land Training near the Hong River.

[Assault] In certain situations, damage against Jakob Wallbacher is displayed as 999,999. 

[Appellation] An issue where the Exploration Observation Power +3 effect of the appellation "Eastern Explorer" is applied to every ship.

[Unexpected Request] An issue where the exploration quest cannot be completed after landing while progressing an unexpected request.

[Product] An issue where the Red Gem quantity displayed in the Halloween Parts Package Product List differs from the actual amount received.

- The number of Red Gems will be adjusted and resold.

[Product] An issue where the Red Gems in certain Halloween Packages are displayed as “Free” in the Product List.

[Combat] An issue where battles against Ghost Ships are intermittently canceled.

[Appellation] An issue where abnormal text is displayed in the “Eastern Explorer” Appellation.

We will make an effort to fix the issue as quickly as we can.
