An issue has been identified where the “Combat, Trade, and Adventure EXP earned by Company and Mates +10%” effect among the effects of

the Mate Premium Pass and Company Enhance Premium Pass was not being applied.

This issue has been confirmed to have occurred after the regular maintenance on 2025/12/17,

and a fix is scheduled so that the effect will be applied correctly during the regular maintenance in January 2026.

Due to this issue, Admirals who purchased the Mate Premium Pass or Company Enhance Premium Pass

during the period from 2025/12/1 to before the regular maintenance in January 2026

will be granted separate compensation for the duration in which the effect was not applied.

■ Compensation Distribution Notice

 - Eligible: Admirals who purchased the Mate Premium Pass and Company Enhance Premium Pass

    from 2025/12/1 (Mon) 12:00 to before the regular maintenance in January 2026

 - Compensation:

* Compensation will be granted based on the number of purchases.

* Distribution will be carried out sequentially via the mailbox after the January regular maintenance is completed.
