Especially now with the addition of Craft Workshop it does not make sense to have 2 different resources needed just to be able to produce. Energy per day is limited without using items; but there is no way to gain additional production besides waiting till the next day. This limiter does not make sense now especially with the number of exploration tools unobtainable elsewhere.
I suggest that production costs be removed from usable tool production either entirely or after ~30k production has been spent per day per specific tool. The normal energy costs can remain the same
