To assist Admirals experiencing inconvenience due to overlapping Maintenance and Market Event schedules,

cancellation support for Market Events will begin with the March regular Maintenance.

📌Market Event Cancellation Support Schedule

- Starting with the March regular Maintenance, this will be applied to every Maintenance thereafter,

   including regular/temporary/emergency Maintenance.

📌Market Event Cancellation Support Details

1. Cancellation will only apply when Maintenance prevents you from using

    Market Events (Urg. Buy/Urg. Sale/Bazaar/Closeout) entirely.

    The scope of cancellation may be adjusted depending on the timing of the Maintenance notice.

2. Cancellation support may also be provided in the event of an unexpected error

    that prevents access to the game for more than 1 hour.

3. If a Market Event is canceled,

    the currency spent (Blue Gem or Ducat) and the number of settings used for the canceled Market Event will be returned,

    allowing you to set the Market Event again after Maintenance ends.

4. The detailed time period of canceled Market Events during Maintenance will be announced through the Maintenance notice.
