Although Uncharted Waters Origin operates various monitoring systems to provide a more stable service,

 reports from Admirals are the greatest help of all.

We always review every report carefully with gratitude, 

and to express our appreciation, we would like to run a Bug Report Campaign.

📌 What is the Bug Report Campaign?

Admirals who report bugs discovered while playing Uncharted Waters Origin will receive a reward as a token of appreciation.

However, only reports that clearly describe the bug’s occurrence situation and reproduction process will be reviewed.

📌How to Report a Bug

To prevent the spread of discovered bugs, please use the Customer Support Center when submitting your report.

Reports submitted through other channels will not be eligible for rewards.

📌 Bug Report Rewards

Reported bugs will be classified by importance according to internal criteria, and rewards will be determined accordingly.

* If multiple reports of the same bug are received, only the first reporter who submitted the report in the proper format will be considered for the reward.

📌 Notes

- Bugs that have already been reported, simple suggestions, or cases confirmed not to be bugs will not be eligible for rewards.

- If the issue cannot be accurately identified based solely on the report provided, it will not be eligible for rewards.

- Even if you report a bug, if you exploit the bug to gain an advantage, you may be excluded from receiving rewards or your game access may be restricted according to the operation policy.

- If the reported content is shared or distributed through the website or other community boards, it will not be eligible for rewards.

- If the bug report form is incorrect and the reporting account cannot be identified, it may not be eligible for rewards.

- If the bug report reward that has been granted is not claimed, it will not be reissued or restored.

- Notifications regarding bug report rewards will be provided irregularly.
