First, we sincerely apologize for causing concern to many Admirals due to the ‘Season 5 Ship Reward Change’ notice released today.

We are taking your concerns and valuable feedback very seriously and are closely monitoring all community responses.

We believe that addressing the sense of loss and anxiety you may be feeling is our top priority.

Regarding the detailed performance and value of the ‘Grade 26 Special Golden Ship,’

which many Admirals are curious about, we promise to provide a full Season notice including detailed stats as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we have prepared an FAQ summarizing the key points that many Admirals are most concerned about.

[New Grade 26 Special Golden Ship] 

■ Why was the Grade 27 Golden Ship reward changed to a Grade 26 Golden Ship? 

- While preparing a new grade of ship for the new season, we encountered the following issues,

   which led to changes in the ranking rewards and the new ship grade. 

1) Preservation of Ship Craft Materials

- Releasing a new Grade 27 would require new build materials.

  This would cause the value of the previous grade's build materials currently in your possession to decrease,

  leading to a sharp drop in the value of held currency.

  To extend the preservation period of existing currency values, we have decided to label

  the grade as Grade 26 while keeping the performance of the special ship identical to that of Grade 27.

2) Restrictions on Ship Appearance

- Due to the nature of Uncharted Waters Origin, where ships are - created based on actual history,

  finding new ship models based on the history of that time is inevitably limited.

  As a result, we are unable to show Admirals a wide variety of ship appearance as before,

  leading to the grade name being changed to the new Grade 26 Special Ship.

■ Is the spec of the new Grade 26 Special Golden Ship lower than the previously announced Grade 27 Golden Ship reward?

- The new Grade 26 Special Golden Ship has been crafted with the same specs as the Grade 27 Golden Ship previously scheduled for distribution.

   Furthermore, Grade 27 Golden Ships to be added in the future will be applied with a level of specs one step higher.

* Please check the detailed specs of the ship through the official season notice to be announced soon.

- The new Grade 26 Special Ship, scheduled to officially appear in the May update,

   will consume new additional materials in addition to the existing Grade 26 build materials when

- built. After Season 5 ends, Admirals within the top 3 of the overall season rankings will be able to use the Grade 26 Special Golden Ship first.

[Pre-season]

 ■ Why was the Season Update postponed in favor of a Pre-season? 

- Certain content reset operations are scheduled along with the server merge in April. 

   We determined that forcing a Regular Season during such large-scale changes could lead to unexpected risks regarding your valuable data and gameplay experience. 

   As this is our first server merge, we prioritize a stable service environment. 

   We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the inevitable addition of a Pre-season period. 

■ Will the Investment Points acquired in Season 5 be reset? 

- Since entering a Pre-season is the same as a Season transition, Investment Points will be reset, with up to 1,000 points preserved. 

■ Will the Free Port settings of cities also be deleted? 

- As this is a Season transition, the affiliations of cities worldwide will be reset. 

■ Will the Season 5 Barter items remain available? 

- As Season 5 ends and transitions into the Pre-season, the main content of Season 5 will no longer be available.

■ Can I still obtain Permits during Land Exploration in the Pre-season? 

- During the Pre-season, you can obtain Investment Permits that can be used specifically during the Pre-season period. 

■ Will Investment Permits from previous seasons be added again? 

- Only Pre-season exclusive Investment Permits will be provided. 

■ Will Bartering from previous seasons be added again? 

- Gold Bar and Silver Bar Bartering, which were highly popular among Admirals, will reappear during the Pre-season period. 

■ Will the previous Combat Golden Ship Combine be added again? 

- Not all rewards previously offered as season-limited rewards will reappear, and Combat Golden Ships are not included for addition.
