We have received multiple reports regarding an issue where Mail cannot be received, displaying a pop-up that says 'Equipment inventory is full.'

Upon investigation, it has been confirmed that this issue occurs because the maximum capacity of the Paid Storage in the Storage has been reached.

The Paid Storage can hold up to 1,500 slots. Please note that Mail cannot be received if this limit is exceeded.

If you encounter the same issue, please select the 'Paid' button at the bottom right of the Storage,

clear some items to secure free space, and then try receiving your Mail again.

Furthermore, to prevent confusion,

we plan to improve the display of the Paid Storage quantity in the Storage to be more intuitive,

along with overall improvements to the Storage-related UI and convenience.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to provide a smoother gaming environment.
