Hello, Admirals.

We would like to inform you that an issue is currently occurring where items sent to the Mail cannot be collected due to insufficient Tool storage space.

Paid items in the Tool can normally be held up to a maximum of 1,500 items.

However, due to an error, we have confirmed that some Admirals currently possess more than 1,500 items.

As a temporary measure to resolve the issue preventing Mail collection,

we will exchange your currently owned Grade B and Grade C Contracts for Common Contracts of the corresponding grades.

📌 Notice Regarding Contract Exchange Measures

■ Schedule: May 13 (Wed)

- Once the exact schedule is confirmed, we will promptly provide additional notice through a maintenance announcement.

■ Details:

- In order to reduce the number of Paid items, the total quantity of currently owned Grade B and Grade C Navigator Contracts will be exchanged for Common Contracts of each corresponding grade.

■ Additional Information:

- If your Paid items in the Tool still exceed 1,500 items after the contract exchange measure, please organize previous Season certificates and Event items in the “Others” tab.

A fix to prevent the same issue from occurring again is scheduled to be applied during the regular maintenance in June.
