This is Cheolwoo Park, the Director of Uncharted Waters Origin.

After the 5/13 (UTC+9) regular maintenance, an issue occurred where rewards could not be claimed with the message

"Insufficient Tool space" if Paid item slots exceeded 1,500. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to all Admirals. 

We are deeply sorry for disappointing those who logged in with high expectations

for the Season 6 update by repeating a similar issue that occurred previously. 

I would like to explain the cause and solution for the current issue,

as well as the specific direction for the "Contract Integration" that many Admirals are concerned about. 

Previously, Paid item slots were limited to 1,500,

but there were instances where items were obtained in excess through certain sources. 

As various content and corresponding rewards have been continuously added during the live service,

Admirals have come to possess many types of items.

Many have reached the 1,500-slot threshold, and due to database limitations, increasing this limit indefinitely is difficult. 

To alleviate the current inconvenience, we will adjust the Paid item slot limit through temporary maintenance. 

■ Tool Paid item slots will be expanded from 1,500 to 2,000. 

Since expanded slots will eventually reach their limit again with future updates, we will continuously work on integrating fragmented items. 

Through this temporary maintenance, Contract integration will proceed. 

■ Individual B and C Grade Contracts will be integrated into their respective Grade Common Contracts. 

■ Inn Parties for B and C Grade Mates will be changed to grant respective Grade Common Contracts. 

We believe that switching to Common Contracts will ensure storage slot stability while allowing Admirals to grow Mates more conveniently. 

However, to address the irrationality of currency usage in Training and Transcendence due to this transition, the required materials will also be changed. 

■ The Common Contracts required for Training and Transcendence will be changed to only use Contracts matching the Mate's Grade. 

- Example) For B Grade Mate Training, the previous requirement of using B, A, and S Grade Common Contracts sequentially will be changed to require only B Grade Common Contracts. 

- Although the type of Contract changes, the required quantity remains the same, making Training and Transcendence more accessible. 

To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, some UIs may appear unnatural after this fix,

or some content may still provide individual Contracts as rewards. These will be corrected through subsequent updates. 

To apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue,

the following rewards will be distributed after the error is fixed through the temporary maintenance on May 14 (UTC+9).

■ Rewards: 5,000 Blue Gems, 5 Premium Training Material Selection Vouchers, 200 Tomes of Transcendence, 100 Transcendent Tokens

* Distribution has been completed on 5/14(Thu) 11:30, and it will be sent to your Mailbox upon logging into the game by 5/21(Thu) 23:59 (UTC+9).

  Please note that the mail will be stored for 3 days after delivery, so make sure to claim it promptly.
