New item named: "Onslaught Top Royal Sail" effect of Charge Navigation lvl1 and 2 seem to have a typo in English. I fail to see how a 30/70% +1 mobility is worth the investment this late in seasonal cycles.


Could you con+firm if this is supposed to be SPEED instead of MOBILITY, Before we spend on such item.
