Rare Quests

I would like to see a list of the Rare quests. Some of them look like they have additional quests associated with them. I cannot always find the next step. I currently completed a quest for a Dawn Star 3 day voucher and cannot find the next quest. These 3 day parts NEVER disappear and stay in the your lists even when completed. They are just grayed out and cannot be used. What is the point of that!!!!!!
