You perm banned people for operating multiple accounts on Blue Ocean server due to competition / ranking manipulation. When are you going to do the same on other servers? I played on Atlantic for several years... there were numerous players operating multiple accounts on Atlantic server. It's kind of hard for people who play fair to compete against multiple players in the same guild who have 2 or 3 alts each -- especially if those same players are gaining deeds 24/7 on multiple accounts. Smaller guilds -- or larger guilds that don't cheat -- stand zero chance against it as far as gaining monopoly is concerned. It sucks the fun out of the game. You don't even have to play long to make an alt that can become a powerhouse with deed investment. It shouldn't be hard for a company like LINE -- especially working with a mega company like KOEI -- to monitor suspicious accounts, accounts within the same IP range, or players passing RG from one account to the other by exploiting the Auction (which has went on for years on Atlantic server... someone buying one A astro for 10,000 RG is not legit. lol). Honestly, at this point the lack of action against people exploiting the mechanics of the game through use of multiple accounts is an issue of gross negligence -- especially at the prices LINE askes for bundles, Admirals, and other cash shop items. I'll start playing (and spending) again when a post makes it clear that something has been done about this ongoing issue.
