Recently, we have continued to receive reports of activities that may undermine a fair gaming environment,

including abnormal trading activities and the acquisition of items and currency through the Auction using unauthorized programs.

To ensure that all Admirals can enjoy the game in a fair environment,

we plan to strengthen monitoring of abnormal gameplay and currency acquisition involving unauthorized programs.

Furthermore, please be advised that if violations of the Operations Policy are confirmed through monitoring,

penalties, including restrictions on game access, may be imposed without prior notice.

We ask for your active cooperation in maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.

■ Main Activities Subject to Penalties

1. Use of Unauthorized Programs

- Using programs, devices, or other means not provided or approved by the company to manipulate the game abnormally

- Repeatedly using unauthorized programs to gain unfair benefits or negatively affect the in-game economy and balance

2. Auction Abuse

- Repeatedly transferring items and currency between specific accounts through the Auction in an abnormal manner

- Manipulating the trading prices of specific items or obtaining unfair benefits through abnormal transactions

- Using the Auction through other abnormal methods

3. Farming Operations and Organized Abuse

- Using multiple accounts to obtain unfair benefits in an organized or collective manner

- Concentrating the transfer or collection of items and currency from multiple accounts into a specific account

■ Strengthened Monitoring and Penalty Information

- We will strengthen monitoring of abnormal gameplay and closely examine the trading and Auction transaction records of suspicious accounts.

- If violations of the Operations Policy are confirmed, measures including permanent restrictions on game access may be imposed depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

- Unfair benefits obtained directly or indirectly through violations may be recovered or deleted in accordance with the Operations Policy.

- If Auction abuse is confirmed, both sellers and buyers involved in the transactions may be subject to penalties.

Furthermore, to prevent abnormal transactions and foster a healthy in-game economy,

we will also review measures to improve the Auction environment.

Penalties will not be imposed solely because an account engages in frequent trading activities or trades specific items at low or high prices.

We will comprehensively review relevant gameplay records and transaction circumstances to determine whether the Operations Policy has been violated.

We will continue to carefully review cases to ensure that Admirals who play the game normally are not unfairly affected,

and do our utmost to provide a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all Admirals.
