After the Jan. 2025 scheduled maintenance, the gacha system on the GL server will be deleted.

All of the existing gacha Chests will be deleted, and the tickets you have will become obsolete.

☛ To the Notice on Deletion of the Gacha System

We sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery of details about the deletion of the gacha system.

We will check the tickets you own and send you Red Gems in proportion to the tickets in your possession.

The Red Gems will be sent via mail in proportion to the number of tickets you own during the Jan. 2025 scheduled maintenance.

Please obtain the compensation within the provided time before the mail expires.

・Refund Schedule:

- After the Jan. 8 (Wed) 2025 scheduled maintenance

* Please note that the maintenance schedule may be subject to change.

・Affected Products:

- Superior Item Ticket

- Superior Mate Ticket

- Pick-Up Mate Ticket

- Chronicle Mate Ticket

- Employee Contract Ticket

* Ticket Selection Voucher is not subject to the refund, so please exchange all the Vouchers you have for ticket items before the Jan. 2025 scheduled maintenance.

* If you have certain ticket products sold via time-limited sales, please exchange them for the tickets subject to a refund via Fortune Teller.

- Ticket of a certain Mate (E.g., Nobunaga Ticket, Christina Ticket)

- Parts and event tickets sold via a time-limited sale (E.g., 1st Anniversary Ticket, Sweet Autumn Ticket, Radiant Crystal Ticket)

・Refund Details:

- During the Jan. 8 (Wed) 2025 scheduled maintenance, we will check the number of tickets you own and send 200 Red Gems per ticket.

- Red Gems will be sent via in-game mail, and please obtain the compensation before the mail expires.

* You can obtain the compensation within sixty days after the Jan. scheduled maintenance, and the expiration date is the same.

- Unobtained or expired mail cannot be recovered if you fail to obtain the compensation as the mail expires.
