[Coast] Content Requirement Adjustments Around Bermuda, Tongatapu, and Malé
- Sailing requirements such as Wave Resistance and Breakthrough will be eased to match those of the surrounding coasts.
- When engaging in combat with a powerful enemy in these coasts, a Combat Expertise requirement will be applied.
- Action Points will also be required when fighting a powerful enemy in these coasts.
- Existing coast effects in these areas will remain unchanged.
