We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused by this issue.

After the update on 12/17 (Wed), an issue was identified where only 1 unit of material was consumed when producing certain recipes.

This issue was resolved through an emergency maintenance on 12/31 (Wed) (UTC+9).

We reviewed the possibility of item retrieval based on production records through data analysis.

However, as production data logs from the affected period were not properly recorded, it is currently impossible to accurately verify detailed production histories.

As selectively retrieving only certain items could lead to further confusion and fairness concerns, we have decided not to proceed with any item retrieval for items produced during this period.

That said, users who repeatedly exploited the bug and the number of exploit occurrences can be identified.

Based on the extent of exploitation, access restrictions will be applied in accordance with our internal policies.

Instead of retrieving produced items, we will be sending compensation items via in-game mail to all Admirals who experienced inconvenience due to this issue as a gesture of apology.

* However, users selected for sanctions due to bug exploitation will be excluded from compensation.

Once again, we deeply apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused to many Admirals.

While we understand that the compensation alone may not fully address all concerns,

we will continue to strengthen our internal review processes and QA to prevent such issues from recurring.

Detailed Notice Regarding Abnormal Use of Production Materials

■ Sanctions

1. Sanction Criteria:

 - Accounts that obtained production items through the recipes listed below from 12/17 (Wed) 14:40 ~ before the emergency maintenance on 12/31 (Wed) (UTC+9)

 - Target Recipes: Among Element Research 1–3 recipes, Equipment and Part Dismantling

2. Sanction Details:

- Game access suspension will be applied depending on the intent and scale of abusive behavior.

   * The reason for the sanctions is “Use of System Errors or Bugs,” which can be reviewed under the policy below.

3. Sanction Period:

 - 1 Day: 01/05(Mon) 19:30 ~ 01/06(Tue) 19:30 (UTC+9)

 - 3 Days: 01/05(Mon) 19:30 ~ 01/08(Thu) 19:30 (UTC+9)

 - 5 Days: 01/05(Mon) 19:30 ~ 01/10(Sat) 19:30 (UTC+9)

 - 7 Days: 01/05(Mon) 19:30 ~ 01/12(Mon) 19:30 (UTC+9)

4. Sanctioned Accounts:

 - If you have any objections or inquiries regarding the sanctions, please submit a request through Customer Support.

- Compensation:

 * Compensation will be sent via in-game mail upon logging in during the distribution period and will be deleted after 24 hours if not claimed.

 * Compensation not claimed within the distribution period cannot be restored, so please be sure to claim it promptly.
