Hello, Admirals.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all Captains who participated in the bug report campaign over the past April.
Among the reported bugs, rewards will be distributed to the Captains who have been selected as eligible recipients.
If you discover any issues while using the game in the future, please immediately stop using them and report them.
📌How to Report a Bug
1. Submit through Uncharted Waters Origin Customer Support 1:1 Inquiry
* In-game Path: Menu > Settings > Account > Support > FAQ > ETC > How can I report a bug? > 1:1 Inquiry
* Website Path: [Go to] Support> Frequently Asked Questions > ETC > How can I report a bug? > 1:1 Inquiry

⭐ Eligible: Captains who reported high-priority bugs between 4/1 (Wed) ~ 4/29 (Wed)
⭐ Reward Distribution Date: Sequentially sent after 4/30 (Thu) 12:00
* Rewards will be delivered via Mail when you log in within 7 days from the distribution date,
and will be automatically deleted after being stored for 3 days.
Please make sure to claim them within the distribution period.

📌 Notes
- Details of some reports will not be disclosed to prevent abuse.
- Rewards will be distributed differently depending on the severity of the reported bug, and will be given to those who provided detailed reports including occurrence conditions and reproduction steps.
- The contents of the Report Gratitude Select Box can be checked in the previous notice. [Check Reward Box Contents]
- Rewards have been delivered to the Mail of the Server/Company Name entered when reporting the bug, and it may be difficult to assist if entered incorrectly.
- Rewards will be delivered via Mail when you log in within 7 days from the distribution date, and will be automatically deleted after being stored for 3 days.
- If you do not claim the distributed bug report rewards, they will not be reissued or restored.
- Even if you reported a bug, if you exploit it or gain unfair advantages, you may be excluded from rewards or restricted from using the game according to operational policies.
